Founded in 2010, Southern Alberta Construction Services Inc. was built on a simple promise — to deliver reliable, high-quality construction with transparency and integrity. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted general contractor serving clients across Alberta and interior BC.

We are a registered general contractor in Alberta, an IICRC-certified firm, and a member in good standing with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. In addition to new construction and renovation projects, we also provide professional restoration services, backed by industry training and certification.

From commercial tenant improvements to new builds and insurance repairs, we complete projects for clients who demand experienced construction management and a high level of financial transparency.
